Joanne Paquette is a bilingual (French & English) executive with over 25 years of experience managing Human Resources teams in both the public and private sectors. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and specializes in social and emotional intelligence.
Joanne has coached seasoned and emerging leaders, led multi-faceted HR teams and strategically guided organizations through startup operations, ownership transitions, Lean operations, economic downturns, union negotiations and certification. She has held human resources management and executive positions in a variety of industries including the Federal Government, Casino Gaming (Casino Windsor & Casino Niagara), Technology & Communications (Bell Mobility) and Hospitality (Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. now Marriott Hotels).
Joanne holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership. She is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Leadership Association (ILA). As a Human Resources Practitioner for over 25 years, Joanne holds a CHRP designation. She also possesses qualifications in Adult Education, HR Management and Six Sigma.
